We are currently looking for an experienced person as a shop/mechanic assistant to join our team. We are a small, but very busy, company and our fleet is always in need of maintenance and repair. We primarily run diesel trucks, heavy duty equipment such as skidsteers and backhoes, and much of our fleet also runs heavy hydraulic systems. A shop assistant must be able to pressure wash and cleanout all trucks and equipment, do basic maintenance such as change oil, filters, change tires, repair tire chains, brake replacement and repair and replace basic electrical wiring. Having some knowledge in diesel mechanics, hydraulic systems, and welding skills is preferred.
Position is permanent and full-time at our Arnegard, ND shop, and work schedule is primarily Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4PM with some weekends as needed.
